Role Overview

WSP is seeking a Design Manager - Interior Design to join our team in Riyadh. About the Opportunity

This role involves contributing to the successful execution of interior design projects spanning hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial developments. As a Design Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact through design, leveraging WSP's global scale and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages.
• Review design concepts, material selections, FF&E packages, and detailed design submissions.
• Ensure design solutions align with project vision, brand standards, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support design development through all project stages.
• Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance.
• Assist with mock-up reviews and design approvals where required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design.
• Proven experience delivering hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential interiors.
