About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Document and analyze user journeys and existing business processes.
  • Ensure that all business requirements align with Ministry-approved technical standards.
  • Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios in collaboration with quality assurance teams.
  • Manage and document change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in digital transformation or government projects is highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills for understanding complex business needs.
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all project-related materials.

Work Context
