About the Role
Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality work and superior client experiences through collaboration and analytical expertise.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst in Sales & Services, you will contribute to client success by demonstrating and developing key capabilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members to produce high-quality work, collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant data using standard processes and tools to support solution development. You will be expected to understand basic financial concepts and locate financial and business performance information. A professional and approachable demeanor is essential for engaging with clients and team members to build lasting relationships. You will apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly, while valuing diverse perspectives. Additionally, you will apply technology fundamentals to client situations, leverage resources, share findings, and evaluate digital concepts.

Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in E-Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or an MBA or relevant Master's degree or certificate is considered a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Leadership and team-playing abilities.
- Ability to operate and understand project and program management disciplines, including the production of project plans and key quality program deliverables.
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills, with the ability to analyze complex data with good attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment with flexible work hours.
- Willingness to travel as required.
