About the Digital Marketing Expert Role

Mada Properties, a real estate company operating in the Saudi Arabian and UAE markets, is seeking a Digital Marketing Expert. This role is focused on driving digital growth initiatives, directly linking marketing efforts to sales and revenue. The primary objectives include enhancing lead quality, improving conversion rates, and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS). The expert will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital growth marketing system from analysis through to expansion, supporting Mada Properties' innovation and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic digital growth plan covering brand, creative, communications, and digital asset strategies, with short-term and mid-to-long-term objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and Apple, aiming to increase ROAS and reduce cost per result (CPR) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Design and refine the lead generation funnel to improve conversion rates (CR%) and enhance the MQL-to-SQL conversion process.
  • Establish and maintain a data-driven attribution model using tools like GA4, MMP, Pixels/CAPI, and CRM, and monitor funnel performance through live dashboards to identify and address drop-offs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to grow the company's organic presence, strengthen brand authority, and boost engagement.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), improve UI/UX, and reduce lead response times, while managing internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI, programmatic advertising, dynamic campaigns, and segmented campaigns to scale acquisition efforts and explore new acquisition channels.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with a preference for candidates experienced in the Saudi Arabian markets.
  • Demonstrated mastery of multi-platform paid media management, with a proven track record of increasing ROAS and decreasing CAC.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) tools, CRM management, and implementing data-driven attribution models.
  • Solid understanding of lead generation strategies, funnel mechanics, and optimizing MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), building organic presence, and content management, with experience collaborating with creative teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including experience managing teams and partners, coupled with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and programmatic advertising is required.
  • The ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
