Al Majed *** is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's digital presence and payment operations.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing the company's digital marketing strategy. This involves enhancing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the role oversees digital payment operations, ensuring seamless payment experiences, optimizing performance, and coordinating with internal teams and external payment service providers to maintain secure and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and supervise the company's digital marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms.
  • Manage the company's social media channels, website, and digital content to maximize customer engagement.
  • Monitor marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular analytical reports for management.
  • Optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Oversee digital payment solutions and coordinate with payment gateways and payment service providers.
  • Monitor payment gateway performance, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with technical teams to improve payment success rates.
  • Analyze payment transaction data, including approval rates, declined transactions, and customer payment behavior.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and applicable regulations related to digital payment operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Product teams to enhance the customer journey from acquisition through successful payment completion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue through data-driven initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or digital payments. Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Digital Payments are considered an advantage.

  • Achievement of digital marketing objectives and campaign targets.
  • Growth in qualified leads and customer conversion rates.
  • Improvement in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI).
