The Digital PMO Specialist Role

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Digital PMO Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to supporting the Digital Project Management Office. The specialist will be responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, control, and reporting of Digital projects and business KPIs, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently and transparently.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Reporting: Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other documentation to ensure transparency and visibility of Digital projects, business performance, and achievements.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and control of projects, ensuring they are delivered according to the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Project Governance: Ensure that all projects adhere to the organization's project management methodology, regulatory requirements, industry standards, internal policies, and procedures.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external vendors.
• Monitoring and reporting on project milestones and KPIs.
• Supporting strategy execution initiatives.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Digital PMO Specialist position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant project management office or project coordination role. A strong understanding of project management principles and reporting practices is expected.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated presence to collaborate effectively with the Digital Project Management Office and various project teams.
