About the Role

Diaverum Saudi Arabia is seeking a Digital Solutions and Data Specialist to drive its digital transformation initiatives. This role is integral to enhancing renal care by making healthcare more practical, intelligent, and embedded in daily operations. The specialist will translate business needs into practical digital solutions using automation, data, Microsoft tools, and AI, contributing to a vision of broadening access to high-quality kidney services across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Digital Solutions and Data Specialist will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining tools that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. This involves transforming process challenges into effective Power Platform solutions, converting raw data into actionable reports, and supporting teams in the practical and responsible adoption of automation and AI tools. The position offers the opportunity to directly impact healthcare delivery by reducing manual tasks, improving information accessibility, and empowering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance digital tools to streamline daily operations and improve decision-making processes.
• Automate manual workflows and approval processes to increase efficiency.
• Build simple internal applications tailored for teams and clinics.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide leaders with key operational insights.
• Support processes related to patient feedback, operational follow-up, and internal services.
• Explore and implement AI and Copilot tools to enhance knowledge access and working methods.
• Assist teams in adopting digital tools in a practical and responsible manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proven track record of delivering digital solutions from requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing support.
• Ability to develop Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Proficiency in building both Canvas and Model-Driven apps within Power Apps.
• Experience in creating and managing Power Automate flows, including cloud and desktop flows.
• Experience working with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams integrations.
• Capability to handle REST APIs and JSON data.
• Demonstrated curiosity regarding automation, data, and AI tools.
• Commitment to data quality, security, and task execution.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them with sound judgment.
• Comfort working across multiple projects and teams.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio and prompt configuration, familiarity with Azure services and intermediate data modelling, or knowledge of PDPL or healthcare data compliance will be considered advantageous. Priority will be given to candidates holding Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-300, or AI-900.
