Director of Sales Real Estate

About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Director of Sales Real Estate for a leading real estate developer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving sales performance across a growing portfolio of residential communities within Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, annual business plans, and revenue targets across multiple projects.
• Lead sales teams, manage sales operations, and oversee broker relationship management.
• Drive residential project launches in collaboration with marketing and project teams.
• Expand and manage broker and sales channel networks to maximize sales performance.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from unit reservations to contract execution and payment coordination.
• Monitor sales forecasts, inventory, pricing, CRM data, and cash-flow projections.
• Lead performance reviews, unit handovers, and after-sales customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 16 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years leading a developer’s sales function.
• Strong track record in residential off-plan sales and property project launches.
• Proven expertise in broker network development and management.
• Excellent knowledge of sales forecasting, pricing, inventory management, and CRM reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
