About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Director Project Controls Transport Hubs DMO DA to lead and oversee the project controls function within its transport hub development projects. This full-time leadership role is based in Riyadh and focuses on ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with company objectives.

Role Summary

The Director will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, risk, and quality controls across multiple transport infrastructure projects. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to enable effective decision-making and maintain project excellence for Qiddiya's visionary developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project control frameworks specifically tailored for transport hubs projects.
• Lead the project controls team to monitor and report comprehensively on schedule, cost, risks, and quality metrics.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and timely project delivery in adherence to established plans.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project control objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks proactively and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote the effective use of advanced project management tools, including Primavera P6 and other relevant software.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure or transport development projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to lead and manage complex project control functions effectively.
