Director Strategic Planning & Team Lead

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Director - Strategic Planning & Team Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working with mobility experts to support the development of a major city in Saudi Arabia. The Director will focus on aligning with key stakeholders to update city frameworks and other mobility governance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Building a wide network of key program stakeholders across various development districts.
• Analyzing the city framework plan to identify demands for changes and updates.
• Fact-checking existing trackers to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to align mobility reports with reports from other disciplines.
• Logging the backlog of changes required for the city framework plan and other governance reports.
• Marking up and recommending modifications to the city framework plan report.
• Managing the schedule for city framework plan updates, including internal stakeholder communications.
• Managing staff responsible for document management and graphic design duties within the team.
• Participating in management meetings and activities with the Mobility team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional with a strong background in strategic planning and team leadership, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a team dedicated to supporting large-scale urban development projects, collaborating with various experts and stakeholders in the mobility sector.
