DPI Support Specialist

About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a DPI Support Specialist to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the operation and maintenance of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) platforms across mobile and FTTH networks. The specialist will contribute to maintaining platform stability and performance while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DPI platforms, including performance monitoring and trend analysis to identify potential failures or degradation.
• Investigate and resolve customer and platform issues, coordinating with PS Core, IP Transport, OSS/BSS, and vendor teams.
• Prepare and manage reporting related to regulatory requirements in accordance with applicable processes.
• Engage vendor Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support for complex defects and follow escalation processes as needed.
• Participate in the team’s 24x7 on-call support rotation.
