E Commerce Business Lead (Saudi)

About the Role

Converge is seeking an E-Commerce Business Lead for a multinational FMCG organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving online commercial performance and strengthening the company's digital presence across Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The E-Commerce Business Lead will be responsible for developing e-commerce strategies and driving online sales growth. The role involves identifying opportunities to strengthen digital channels and optimizing digital execution to achieve commercial objectives. This position also plays a key role in strengthening e-commerce partnerships and driving sustainable growth across both e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online commercial performance.
• Drive online sales growth and identify opportunities for digital channel expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to improve online performance.
• Optimize digital execution across various platforms.
• Strengthen e-commerce and Quick Commerce partnerships.
• Drive sustainable growth across both e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 7+ years of e-commerce experience, with significant experience in FMCG.
• Proven experience in Quick Commerce is required.
• Current experience in an e-commerce leadership capacity.
• Experience within a multinational corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce strategy, online sales, and digital channel development.
• Demonstrated experience driving online revenue growth and commercial performance.
• Strong experience managing e-commerce and Quick Commerce partnerships.
• Experience working across sales, marketing, and digital teams.
