Join Alkaffary Group as an E-Commerce Manager
Alkaffary Group is searching for an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive the growth of our e-commerce platform. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance customer experience and increase online sales. You will collaborate with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to optimize the e-commerce website and successfully implement promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Standards and Best Practices: Develop systems for product listings, content creation, and distribution. Support in digital marketing areas like PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Performance Analysis and Sales Monitoring: Track product sales, oversee stock management, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Product Management and Promotional Activities: Manage product uploads, build new categories, and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting and Data Insights: Prepare reports on e-commerce performance, providing insights, and participate in website improvements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a retail-focused organization, with 3 years in digital/e-commerce roles.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Zid, and Salla.
  • Proficient in analytical tools such as GA4, Clarity, or Hotjar.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce UX and excellent data analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with web design.
  • Experience managing workflows using task management tools.
  • Solid understanding of payment workflows and collaboration with finance teams.
  • Proven ability to manage order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
