GE Vernova is offering an Early Career Traineeship in Tendering, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This program is designed as a 6-12 month investment in young talent, providing fresh graduates with the opportunity to gain on-the-job knowledge and technical experience within a GE Vernova business. The traineeship duration is determined by business requirements and aims to develop general skills relevant to the role, focusing on concepts, methods, and procedures.

Role Overview

The Early Career Trainee will support tendering activities, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and cost calculations. This role involves collaboration with various internal units and adherence to established quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tendering activities.
• Complete tendering documents and cost calculations in a timely manner, according to bidding document requirements.
• Prepare Estimate Analysis Sheets (EAS) and offers to align with price/market price data, when feasible, in liaison with the Sales team.
• Initiate workflows for the booking process.
• Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions, and processes.
• Organize communication and collaboration with supplying units, PLs’ regional organizations such as GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D, and with other GE units including Power, Hydro, and Renewable.
