About the Role

Abdulaziz International School is seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher to join its team in Al Khalaiq Al Gharbiyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to fostering student success and helping children reach their full potential within the SABIS® curriculum framework.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure students' academic success and holistic development. This is achieved through the consistent implementation of the SABIS® curriculum and philosophy, utilizing established SABIS® teaching methods to create an effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using provided plans, or develop plans based on pacing charts, to teach subjects effectively with the SABIS® point system.
• Mark exams for assigned subjects according to departmental schedules and materials.
• Discuss student performance and disciplinary issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD) as required.
• Apply the SABIS® Point System to maintain a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
• Proctor exams, ensuring a properly managed and adequate testing environment.
• Provide guidance and motivation to academically low-performing students to support their improvement.
• Assist with various school duties, including student testing, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for meals and transport, and managing traffic.
• Prepare for and participate in student life activities such as art events, open houses, and physical education, in coordination with the Student Life Coordinator (SLC).
• Attend training sessions as requested by school management to enhance understanding of the SABIS® system and improve student performance.
• Undertake other related tasks or projects as delegated by school management.
