The company is dedicated to providing essential equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia, including the maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and the training of RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel in the safe use of their assets. BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is committed to advancing the Saudi Arabian National Agenda, focusing on Saudisation, the development of Saudi National capability through partner companies, and reinforcing industrialisation and partnerships.

The Opportunity: EIS Manager

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced EIS Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to the successful deployment of the Localising Typhoon Electronic Warfare Programming (LTEWP) capability. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver LTEWP Entry into Service (EIS) and Site Acceptance events with the RSAF Customer, ensuring execution aligns with corporate governance, EIS processes, and BAESSA Engineering mandates.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle from planning and readiness through execution and closure.
  • Lead event maturity lifecycle activities in collaboration with UK engineering and programme teams, tracking readiness criteria, technical dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure all required toolsets, support equipment, and infrastructure are received, installed, commissioned, and fully operational prior to acceptance activities.
  • Lead the structured handover of operational capability to the customer and coordinate milestone acceptance activities and documentation with customer representatives.
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined, met, and formally agreed in line with the LTEWP Acceptance test and handover plan.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, programmes, and customer support, and act as the primary focal point for internal and external stakeholders during EIS and acceptance events.
  • Ensure all events are delivered in accordance with corporate policies, programme governance, and EIS frameworks, maintaining documentation, reporting, and Entry into Service Working group reviews.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalation paths throughout the EIS process.

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience working within regulated defence or aerospace environments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Entry into Service, acceptance testing, or capability handover in aerospace or defence programmes.
  • Strong programme or project management capability in complex technical environments.
  • Experience working with military or government customers, ideally RSAF stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering and operational teams.
  • Knowledge of site acceptance, commissioning, and readiness processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Possession of an existing SCE registration or the ability to attain one.
