Electrical Site Manager (HV/EHV Substations OHTL)

About the Role

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking an Electrical Site Manager specializing in HV/EHV Substations and OHTL projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on overseeing and managing electrical site activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical site activities adhere to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate electrical work to align with civil drawings and project timelines.
• Control and monitor direct manpower, equipment, and all site resources.
• Manage and track all Requests for Information (RFI) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR).
• Monitor electrical site progress to ensure adherence to the time schedule.
• Plan and manage the procurement of required electrical site materials.
• Provide support for project reporting to the customer.
• Control claims related to vendor supervisors at the site.
• Oversee invoicing processes.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the site manager.
• Monitor and control all electrical installation activities.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors on site.
• Manage the clearing of electrical punch lists.
• Supervise testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Assist the site manager with safety, housekeeping, and quality control issues.
• Oversee electrical site activity methods and tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical site management, specifically within HV/EHV Substations and Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate complex electrical installations.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, site methodologies, and quality control.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence and active management of project activities.
