Job Purpose:
To supervise daily electrical maintenance activities in the plant, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans, HSE guidelines, and quality standards to maintain plant availability and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Management: Supervise team activities to achieve targets and deliver the business plan in line with policies and procedures.
  • Maintenance Management: Assign resources for preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and validate equipment readiness, inspect work progress.
  • Outage Management: Coordinate planning and execution of annual outage maintenance for critical equipment.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate maintenance logs are completed, including faults and repair methods.
  • HSE Compliance: Follow all safety procedures to ensure employee safety and environmental compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts requirements and facilitate timely procurement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support identification and implementation of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical Maintenance.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, particularly in power and water desalination plants.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards, downtime analysis, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
  • Excellent mentoring, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
