Enterprise Architect

About the Role

Link Datacenter is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting a client on a one-year contract. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategies, and IT solutions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work with both business and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, assess the current technology landscape, and develop future-state architecture and roadmaps. This role is central to ensuring that the client's technological infrastructure supports its strategic goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models, standards, principles, and guidelines.
• Analyze current-state architecture and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design target-state enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Develop architecture roadmaps and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business, application, data, and technology architectures.
• Apply TOGAF principles and methodologies in enterprise architecture activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, project teams, and senior management.
• Review proposed solutions and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
• Support architecture governance, decision-making, and technology investment planning.
• Prepare architecture documentation, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices and frameworks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• TOGAF Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Experience in developing architecture strategies, roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on supporting a key client. The role requires collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to achieve architectural alignment and strategic objectives.
