About the Role

Alsalam Aerospace Industries is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, integration, and support of critical enterprise applications. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is central to supporting the organization’s digital transformation roadmap.

The Enterprise Solutions Manager will oversee key platforms including SAP S/4HANA, ERP, HRMS, MRO, CRM, and document management systems, ensuring their effective deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, implementation, and lifecycle management for enterprise applications.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and provide support for existing ERP platforms.
• Partner with business functions to translate operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Manage application integration, enhancements, upgrades, data migration, and ongoing support services.
• Lead vendor relationships, system integrators, contract negotiations, licensing, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and application budgets.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and access-control policies.
• Drive improvements in application performance, service delivery, cost optimization, and overall business value.
• Lead and develop the Enterprise Solutions team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, or digital transformation, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, integration, and support.
• Knowledge of key business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MRO, HR, or project management.
• Proven experience managing complex transformation programs, vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Preferred Attributes

• Experience within the aerospace, defense, aviation, or manufacturing industries.
• Certifications such as SAP, PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or COBIT.
