EQ Manager Installation and Maintenance

About the Role

GRG is seeking an EQ Manager for Installation and Maintenance to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing all technical services activities related to equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and spare parts management within a large organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all technical services activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Develop, evaluate, and review technical services procedures and standards, communicating updates and enhancements.
• Prepare and submit equipment inspection schedules to technicians/coordinators and monitor progress.
• Supervise and monitor regular inspections of stores' equipment, utilities, and facilities, including reviewing equipment warranty terms and conditions.
• Monitor overall store equipment performance and report any deviations to the Director of Equipment.
• Ensure adherence to organizational directives and objectives in the planning and execution of all Technical Services activities.
• Monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage, prioritize, and implement service activities to fulfill maintenance contracts and service level agreements.
• Manage service providers through coordinators, ensuring response times are met and downtime is reduced.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of service providers and provide feedback to improve service standards.
• Supervise, plan, and manage all activities within the Equipment Technical Services Division, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and consumable spare parts management.
• Review and approve, in coordination with the Director of Equipment, maintenance work orders performed by service providers, and approve technicians' maintenance work orders related to consumable spare parts.
• Select, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of engineers and technicians to ensure installations are completed on time and according to customer and organizational standards.
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of coordinators.
• Plan, manage, and review individual performance of coordinators, providing regular feedback, development, and training opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of organizational operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a large organization. The role involves leading and developing a team of engineers and technicians and managing relationships with service providers.
