About the Role

The Glove is seeking an experienced ETL Developer with a specific focus on FIS Ambit for a banking project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting and enhancing the organization's data integration processes within the financial sector. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in ETL development, data integration, and a thorough understanding of Asset Liability Management (ALM) systems, particularly FIS Ambit.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in troubleshooting, optimizing, and developing robust ETL solutions. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance, collaborating with various teams to meet complex data requirements in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving mapping issues within the application and perform reconciliations with the Finance team.
• Update and enhance existing ETL solutions, specifically those developed using Microsoft SSIS packages.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows that support the FIS Ambit Asset Management system.
• Integrate data from various sources, including databases, flat files, APIs, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and implement data transformation logic to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to business rules.
• Optimize ETL process performance and effectively troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, portfolio managers, and application teams to understand data requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive data mapping documents and technical specifications.
• Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to data governance principles, reconciliation procedures, and audit controls.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in ETL development.
• Hands-on experience with FIS Ambit and its Asset Liability Management (ALM) capabilities.
• Proven expertise in data mapping, reconciliation, and data transformation techniques.
• Prior experience working within banking or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and third-party integration methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
