About the Role

Master-Works is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is designed for a professional focused on designing and building scalable data solutions that support informed business decisions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collecting, transforming, and processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Build and optimize data architectures, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and availability across all data platforms.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, analysts, and developers, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Implement best practices for data integration, governance, and quality management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while continuously improving existing data systems.
• Prepare technical documentation related to data architecture, processes, and standards.
• Support the PMO and Consultation Department in delivering data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, database management, and data architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
