The Role of Executive Assistant

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fast-growing and challenging organization. This full-time role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
• Prepare briefing materials, meeting packs, and executive summaries.
• Maintain confidential executive files and records.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative support capacity.
