About the Role

The aim is to ensure that every transaction contributes positively to the guest's overall experience.

Success in this role requires adherence to critical standards, including creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, and upholding quality standards. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is essential. The role involves being on your feet and moving for extended periods, managing menu information, and performing physical tasks such as lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
