Role Overview

Tilal Al-Shorouq Logistics Business Park is seeking a Facilities & Infrastructure Manager to lead the comprehensive operations and maintenance of its extensive facilities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for ensuring the park's infrastructure meets high standards, supports efficient operations, and provides an exceptional experience for tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operations and maintenance of all utilities, lighting, and common infrastructure within the business park.
• Oversee facility readiness, implement robust preventive maintenance programs, and ensure consistent service reliability.
• Manage large on-site teams and coordinate effectively with multiple contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with the Tenant Relations team to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and provide ongoing operational support.
• Supervise the readiness of IT infrastructure, security systems, and ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Liaise with Civil Defense, emergency services, and other relevant authorities to maintain high standards of operational excellence across the park.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure operations, or a closely related field. The position requires proven leadership capabilities in managing complex operations, overseeing large teams, and effectively handling external vendor relationships within a significant industrial or logistics environment.
