About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in fashion retail and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving business through sales. The role involves leveraging both physical and digital channels to engage with customers and provide a seamless, high level of service, acting as a brand ambassador with strong fashion and style expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a constructive work environment and achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain and understand customer purchasing patterns to build strong relationships for future selling opportunities.
• Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) to increase enrollment and acquire new customers.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, products, and competitor activities, and promote them to customers.
• Participate in brand events as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, bringing the brand’s customer journey to life across all touchpoints.
• Build rapport, share product knowledge, and provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and preferences.
• Utilize storytelling to enhance customer experience through education and engagement.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, and meet or exceed expectations.
• Employ clienteling techniques and tools for virtual customer engagement, building trust and driving loyalty.
• Prepare and process e-commerce orders from the store within set service level agreements.
• Manage and create client data reporting and analytics, ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain operating standards by ensuring stock replenishment and organizing displays according to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Leverage available technology tools, such as the Clienteling app, CRM, and OMS, to support customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Expertise in styling and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in technical and operational skills relevant to retail.
