stc is seeking a Fiber Financial and Performance Management Assistant Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Fiber business, maintaining performance frameworks, and providing critical insights for business management and decision-making. The position also supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and monitor the financial and operational performance of the Fiber business. This includes maintaining financial performance frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as delivering comprehensive performance insights and reports. The Assistant Manager will also support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management, ensuring alignment with business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Fiber business P&L in coordination with Business Finance to ensure clear visibility of financial performance.
• Define, maintain, and monitor financial and business performance KPIs and metrics for effective tracking of Fiber business performance.
• Monitor overall Fiber business financial and operational performance, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead the preparation and distribution of comprehensive Fiber business performance reports and management dashboards.
• Coordinate the definition of annual CAPEX and OPEX budget requirements and targets with Technical, Business, and Commercial Units, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the reforecasting of financial targets based on actual business performance and coordinate updates with the Fiber Demand Management team and Business Finance.
• Monitor profitability KPIs, revenue streams, costs, and financial performance against approved targets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial and operational performance trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business planning and optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate financial assumptions, performance data, forecasts, and business requirements.
• Support periodic business performance reviews by providing financial analysis, performance insights, and recommendations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and performance reporting in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• This role is designated as a Senior Professional band.
