• Support retail managers through on-the-floor coaching, demonstrating best-in-class floor management, client experience, and team leadership.

• Accelerate the adoption of digital tools and promote an omnichannel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience in-store and online.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
