Sales Representative

A leading company in the building materials distribution sector is seeking Field Sales Representatives to join its team in Riyadh (Al Olaya District). The primary mission is to manage and expand the company's customer base by selling bagged and bulk cement, targeting both wholesale and retail sectors to ensure sales targets are met and the company's market share is ************* Responsibilities• Marketing and selling bagged and bulk cement products to wholesale and retail customers within Riyadh.• Building and maintaining strong, sustainable professional relationships with contractors, suppliers, and project owners.• Following up on orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers.• Providing periodic reports on sales performance and market developments in the Riyadh region.Requirements and Qualifications

• Identifying companies that wish to participate in exhibitions and conferences and attracting them
• Communicating with clients (companies, factories, and brands)
• Arranging meetings and presenting sales pitches
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Following up with clients until the deal is completed
• Building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining them

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (preferably B2B or in exhibitions/events)
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Good knowledge of the local market is an additional advantage
• Having a network of contacts or relationships with clients is highly preferred.
