تخطيط وتنظيم والإشراف على تنفيذ الحفلات والفعاليات بكفاءة عالية، بما يضمن تقديم خدمات ضيافة وكيترنج متميزة تحقق رضا العملاء وتعكس الصورة الاحترافية للمنشأة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• التنسيق مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم ومتطلبات الحفل (عدد الضيوف، نوع المناسبة، الميزانية، التفضيلات).
• إعداد خطط تفصيلية للفعاليات تشمل الجداول الزمنية، توزيع المهام، وقوائم الخدمات.
• الإشراف المباشر على تجهيز الموقع قبل وأثناء وبعد الفعالية.
• التنسيق مع فرق العمل (الطهاة، مقدمي الخدمة، الموردين، شركات الديكور).
• التأكد من جودة خدمات الطعام والشراب ومطابقتها للمعايير.
• إدارة فريق العمل أثناء الفعالية وتوجيههم لضمان تقديم خدمة سلسة.
• التعامل مع أي مشاكل طارئة أو شكاوى العملاء بشكل فوري واحترافي.
• متابعة المخزون والتجهيزات والتأكد من جاهزيتها.
• إعداد تقارير ما بعد الفعالية تتضمن الملاحظات والتوصيات للتحسين.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
• خبرة في إدارة الضيافة، إدارة الفعاليات أو مجال ذي صلة لا تقل عن 2–5 سنوات في مجال تنظيم الحفلات أو الكيترنج.
• مهارات تنظيم وتخطيط عالية.
• قدرة ممتازة على التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء.
• مهارات قيادية وإدارة فرق العمل.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي أوقات متغيرة.
• معرفة جيدة بمعايير الصحة والسلامة الغذائية.
