A logistics company specializing in refrigerated and dry transport and shipment delivery services announces the availability of a position for a sales and field marketing representative in Riyadh. The candidate must be able to search for potential clients and stores, visit them in the field, present the company's services, negotiate and close deals, and achieve the monthly target. Job Duties: Conduct field visits to stores, companies, and potential clients, present the company's services and prepare commercial proposals, negotiate and finalize contracts, achieve the required monthly target, build long-term relationships, and prepare periodic reports on results and visits. Skills and Requirements: Experience of two to five years in field sales (preferably in the logistics sector or shipment delivery services or B2B), strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to achieve goals and work under pressure, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Financial Benefits: A monthly salary ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 riyals, in addition to attractive commissions based on contracts or the volume of monthly shipments achieved from new clients. In case of achieving the monthly target, the employee is granted an additional commission and an incentive bonus.
