Job Description: The sales representative in a tools and equipment sales environment is responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering accurate technical advice about products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that products are displayed correctly and attractively. The role requires strong knowledge of products in the fields of tools, electrical tools, plumbing and electrical supplies, outdoor and garden tools, as well as active selling skills and the ability to guide customers in choosing the right solutions for their work and home DIY projects. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a tools and equipment store, building materials, or tool showroom. - Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical tools fields. - Ability to read technical specifications and product manuals. - Mastery of more than one language (such as Arabic and English) is considered a strong additional asset.
