About the Role

Lumi is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for supporting the Rental function through financial analysis, performance management, and strategic decision-making. The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in optimizing fleet operations and ensuring financial objectives are met.

Role Context and Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to act as a dedicated finance partner for the Rental function. The role involves providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, monitor performance against budgets, and identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization within the fleet and rental operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the Rental budget and monitor adherence to approved plans.
• Support the Head of Rental in developing and executing business strategies.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions for the Rental function.
• Track actual performance against budget and forecasts, highlighting key variances.
• Analyze vehicle utilization and fleet efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review manpower requirements and productivity to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor fleet performance, operating costs, and profitability.
• Prepare and review project pricing to ensure target margins are achieved.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare accurate and timely departmental reports and statements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a finance role, ideally within a business partnering capacity. A strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management is essential for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Lumi's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with the Rental function and other finance teams to achieve business objectives.
