About the Role

BDO Saudi Arabia, Dr. Mohamed Al-Amri & Co. is seeking an experienced Finance Director for a secondment assignment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in strategic financial planning, treasury management, and financial reporting, along with proven leadership in finance teams and transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of the organization. This includes managing key financial functions, engaging with stakeholders, and leading initiatives to enhance financial operations. The position demands strong expertise and leadership to drive financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic financial planning and contribute to the development of financial strategies.
• Manage treasury activities and supervise financial reporting processes.
• Engage with the Board and other key stakeholders on critical financial matters.
• Lead and mentor finance teams, supporting their professional development.
• Drive financial transformation initiatives aimed at improving overall finance functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on strategic financial planning, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing finance teams.
• Proven track record of driving financial transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, particularly with Board-level interactions.

Additional Requirements

• Immediate availability or the ability to join within 30 days is highly preferred for this secondment assignment.
