About the Finance Specialist Role

Hikvision MEA is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in financial roles, particularly within manufacturing enterprises. The Finance Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company's business strategy through comprehensive financial planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating specific business unit financial plans aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Monitor the effective implementation of financial plans and allocate resources to support business development.
  • Manage unified and compliant tax operations for the legal entity in the Riyadh region, ensuring adherence to local and group tax regulations, and oversee audit work.
  • Periodically enhance financial accounting standards, provide professional accounting guidance, and evaluate the performance of various modules to improve accounting efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise operational risks, control operating expenses and risks, optimize financial indicators for various businesses, and effectively reduce operational financial risks.
  • Prepare reports and financial analyses for corresponding business units and formulate budget guidelines for business departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial work within manufacturing enterprises.
  • Proficiency in Middle Eastern country tax laws and regulations, financial accounting, and financial management systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant tax collection policies.
  • Proficiency in financial application software such as SAP and BW, as well as standard office software.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires willingness to accept overseas business trips.
