Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights, support executive decision-making with financial modeling.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensure compliance with Zakat, tax laws, and IFRS standards, liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital, manage banking relationships and financing arrangements, oversee FX exposure and hedging strategies.
• Cost Control & Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments, implement internal controls and financial best practices, lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
710 years of experience in finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred), CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification highly desirable, proficiency in ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel, fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus, currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data to support our operational and strategic initiatives. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
• 4+ years of experience in management reporting and analysis
• Ability to assemble and analyze data to create reports: Budgets, Forecasts, Variance analysis, Reconciliation, Monthly closing.
• Knowledge of and experience in calculating the cost of service to generate revenue
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP and Ariba

• Availability for a full-time COOP period (36 months), in accordance with university requirements
