Financial Manager

About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join a leading company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position requires a professional with substantial experience in finance to lead and optimize financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial department and ensure full compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic reports for senior management.
• Monitor expenses, control costs, and enhance financial efficiency.
• Supervise general ledger activities, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement-related financial processes.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Develop and enhance financial systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Lead the finance team, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and support staff development.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Support decision-making through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in strategic planning and assess financial risks.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 8-15 years of solid experience in finance, with a proven track record in managing financial teams and operations.
