Al Ghurair is seeking a Financial Services Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on developing and managing the company's automotive financial services ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Financial Services Manager (FSM) is responsible for driving vehicle sales, increasing finance penetration, and maximizing sales profitability through effective financial solutions. This role involves building and managing strategic partnerships with various financial service providers, negotiating competitive financing programs, and enabling the Sales team. The FSM will also ensure strong controls, compliance, and a positive customer experience, while continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen the company’s financing proposition. The position acts as the commercial link between the Sales Department and external financing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers and Sales Consultants with appropriate finance and leasing solutions.
• Coordinate finance applications with partners and resolve issues affecting approval or vehicle delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators including penetration, approval ratio, conversion, turnaround time, and partner service levels.
• Conduct regular business reviews with financial providers and follow up on agreed actions.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and forecasts for the EVP.
• Train the Sales Department on partner products, eligibility criteria, and current campaigns.
• Ensure all agreements and sales-finance activities comply with approved company governance and applicable requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers within banks and finance companies, including relationship managers, credit teams, product heads, and senior management.
• Manage lender performance.
• Develop and monitor F&I revenue, track revenue generated through financial arrangements, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and monitor bank commissions.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
