About the Fit Out Construction Manager Role

Redfish Solutions is seeking an experienced Fit Out Construction Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, site-based position requires a professional with extensive experience in civil construction and large-scale interior fit-out projects.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and key suppliers. Reporting directly to Senior Management, this role involves strategic planning and execution to meet project targets and deadlines, while maintaining strict adherence to budgets, quality standards, and health & safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and leadership to all trades on site.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage daily activities, including logistics, material supplies, resource planning, work sequencing, testing, inspections, housekeeping, waste management, and health & safety.
• Act as the primary site contact for subcontractors, Client vendors, the Landlord, and/or Client’s representatives.
• Ensure compliance with all Mall / Landlord rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to capture variations, project changes, and contra charges.
• Analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings to define scope and identify gaps.
• Verify that all materials used on site comply with specifications and approved submissions.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential clashes between works and trades, escalating issues to the Project Manager or raising RFIs when necessary.
• Ensure quality inspections are executed correctly and rectifications are addressed swiftly.
• Maintain health & safety procedures, ensuring worker welfare and proper working conditions.
• Attend and lead site progress meetings with stakeholders, including the Client, Consultants, and Client representatives.
• Contribute input to regular Management Reports.
• Control all testing and commissioning, de-snagging, final close-out, and project handover processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Demonstrated strong experience in civil construction and large-scale interior fit-out projects.
