Fit Out Estimator

About the Role

Tripod Global is seeking an experienced Fit Out Estimator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various projects, leveraging a strong background in interior fit-out and MEP estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments as required.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings.
• Produce tender submissions and supporting commercial documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
• Support handovers from pre-construction through to project delivery teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Fit-Out Estimator in interior fit-out, interiors, and joinery.
• Strong knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity surveying, tendering, and cost estimation.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
• Experience with AutoCAD and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within a growing team environment.
