Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall maintenance of all facilities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Forecasting additional equipment requirements and management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of the company car fleet including allocation, maintenance, and insurance.
  • Liaising with external suppliers for services like cleaning and maintenance.
  • Overseeing the travel arrangements in the unit.
  • Managing the Accommodation Officers and ensuring all employees are informed about safety precautions in facilities.
Are You the One?
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Arabic and English skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP or any known ERP).
