Required Customer Service Employee and Flower Arrangement Assistant 🌸

We are looking for a active, polite, and responsible employee to work in a flower and gift shop, capable of welcoming customers, understanding their requests, assisting them in choosing bouquets and gifts, and contributing to arranging flowers and preparing daily orders.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers inside the showroom and responding to their inquiries professionally, following up on orders via phone and social media, entering orders and ensuring their details, and coordinating them with the team until they are prepared and delivered as required. Responsibilities also include assisting in arranging flowers, bouquets, and vases, preparing wrapping and gifts, organizing the showroom, monitoring the cleanliness and readiness of products, and helping in organizing daily stock.

Required Qualifications:

A polite personality and good interaction with customers, active and quick to learn, has a good taste and attention to detail, and is capable of handling the pressure of seasons and events. Having a little experience in customer service or sales is preferred, and previous experience in flower arrangement is not required if there is a willingness to learn.

Enjoys dealing with people, knows how to listen to the customer and understand their taste, cares about the beauty of details, and handles orders responsibly from the moment of receiving the customer until the order is delivered.
