Looking for a female employee only to work in a high-end coffee lounge in Al-Suwaidi / Al-Durahemah in southern Riyadh inside Dar Al-Arkan compound near Al-Qasr Mall for an 8-hour night shift with one day off per week with a salary starting from 3500 to 4000 to be determined during the interview for the rest of the details. Two positions available: a waiter to receive guests in the halls, take orders, and handle customer billing. The second job is for a cart inside the coffee shop that is responsible for selling ice cream and fruit salads and promoting them. For communication: 05********.

We are looking for a highly experienced maintenance supervisor for all types of air conditioning systems (split, window, concealed, central, VRF). He will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams and ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently.

Tasks:

• Daily supervision of maintenance work and ensuring quality performance.

• Diagnosing complex faults and providing appropriate technical solutions.

• Organizing and scheduling preventive and periodic maintenance for all air conditioning systems.

• Guiding and training technicians as needed.

• Submitting periodic reports to management on the progress of work and technical issues.
