The specialist will connect potential clients with services including Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, HR Outsourcing, HR Operations & Shared Services, HR Compliance, Governance & Labor Law Compliance, Saudization & Workforce Compliance Support, Payroll & Employee Administration, and Government Relations Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach potential clients within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Generate qualified leads and cultivate new business opportunities aligned with Trust Point SA's service offerings.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Contribute directly to the company's business growth and revenue generation through successful client acquisitions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a focus on acquiring new clients.
• A robust professional network within the Saudi Arabian business landscape.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Previous experience in the HR, recruitment, outsourcing, manpower, or B2B services sectors is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
