About the Role

Nova M Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in front office operations who are looking to advance their careers in the hospitality sector.

Role Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering professional and guest-focused service. The primary goal is to ensure each guest's stay is a memorable experience through personalized attention from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Greet guests personally by name, if known, and escort them to their room to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization and assist guests with inquiries and requests regarding hotel activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions, and other relevant details to respond to guest queries effectively.
• Stay informed about daily rate levels and occupancy levels.
• Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with all established systems, policies, and procedures.
• Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges using computerized Front Office systems.
• Maintain guest privacy by ensuring no details are disclosed.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards, and possess full knowledge of hotel facilities and happenings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
• Dynamic and self-motivated professional.
• Strong customer service orientation.
