About the Role
World Trade Center - Riyadh is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing high-level client service and contributing to business growth.
Role Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, engaging with clients, and supporting sales initiatives through proactive follow-up and promotion of workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-end customer experience to all clients and visitors.
- Manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and client interactions.
- Proactively call and follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
- Support sales efforts by promoting workspace solutions.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Prepare and provide regular reports on contacted leads and follow-ups.
- Perform daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure the floor meets company standards and report any technical issues immediately.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service.
- Experience in 5-star hotels or luxury environments is highly preferred.
- Sales or Pre-sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Highly presentable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
Required Skills
