Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional manner.
• Register visitors and notify the relevant staff of their arrival.
• Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
• Prepare meeting rooms with necessary equipment and materials.
• Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy after use.
• Monitor office supplies inventory.
• Distribute office supplies to staff upon request.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional certification in office administration is considered a plus.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
