Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the resort.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare comprehensive management accounts and performance analyses for leadership review.
• Maintain the integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with Mantis and Accor group standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality or resort environments is highly desirable.
• Experience in pre-opening operations or managing finances in remote locations is considered a significant advantage.
• A solid understanding of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent is preferred.

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its software consulting division. This role requires on-site presence at a banking client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary representative for DXC Technology, leading complex integration and backend development projects. The position focuses on end-to-end Waterfall delivery of middleware solutions using the IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) stack and Java-based microservices. Success in this role depends on strong client-facing skills, managing a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model, project baseline management, supporting non-functional testing, and overseeing production defect resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between DXC Technology's delivery teams and the bank’s internal IT and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans to verify that all systems meet quality and performance standards prior to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead the implementation of the overall Testing & Commissioning (T&C) plan for HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems, ensuring alignment with project milestones and final handover timelines.
• Supervise and validate pre-commissioning activities, including pressure testing, continuity checks, meggering, pipeline flushing, air balancing, loop checks, and readiness reviews across all MEP systems.
