About the Role

Marsh is seeking a General Lines Relationship Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients within the Saudi Arabian market, with a specific emphasis on General Lines insurance and servicing Chinese clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed GAP analyses to identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to support client retention and revenue growth.
• Design and implement customized risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including risk consulting and Mercer Marsh Benefits, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive client retention and contribute to achieving new business revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and oversee administrative processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of insurance experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Proven expertise in large corporate general lines insurance, with strong knowledge of property portfolios.
• Experience working with Chinese clients or being from China is essential for this role.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
